What is Power Apps? It is part of the Microsoft Power Platform. It is a serverless and almost codeless programming environment with Excel like functions to create apps for browsers, tablets or phones.

Although it is part of office 365, it is especially useful for business environments and less for consumers. This because you can only share the apps with colleagues. For Business Intelligence the apps could replace all those manually maintained Excel files that you need in your ETL process or you can integrated it within Power BI to enable viewers to submit data instead of only consuming.
