What is Azure Key Vault? With this service in Azure you can securely store secrets such as passwords, keys and certificates for  applications like Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions or Azure Automation Runbooks to avoid hardcoded passwords and keys in your code.

Via Managed Identity or App Registrations you can arrange access to the Key Vault to avoid those hardcoded secrets.
